Mrs.
Mariotti is a resourceful and innovative interior designer with a high degree
of passion for her design projects. With over five years of experience in the
industry, she has worked extensively in space planning, programming, design
intent drawings, construction drawings, furniture specifications and procurement,
presentation boards, and interior/exterior finishes.
Prior to joining the team at HVScompass, she was a Project Manager for a prominent Washington, D.C. area design firm. In this capacity, she managed a number of high-end residential projects through the construction phase, hiring the general contractors, providing construction administration services, and seeing the projects through to closeout. In 2001, she created the Nationwide Corporate 2001 Interior Finish Standards for the Nationwide Corporate Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. She also led all of Nationwide’s Urban Field Projects from October 2000 to July 2001, including finishing 10 offices in seven states and bringing seven more offices through the design phase.
At HVScompass, Mrs. Mariotti oversees the design and production process of the various design teams in the Washington, D.C. office. She also acts as a project leader on a number of hotel projects, guiding the design team in the selection and specification of schemes and overseeing the documentation and construction administration.
Mrs. Mariotti received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. After graduation, she supplemented her education by studying multimedia computer design and Renaissance art and architecture at the SACI (Studio Art Center International) in Florence, Italy.
