Mrs. Pearsall is an award-winning interior designer with over eight years of professional design experience. Lead designer for numerous hotel renovation projects, her strengths include designing and managing the design process from the inception of a project through completion.
Before joining the HVScompass team, Mrs. Pearsall was a Senior Project Designer, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Architect for an international hospitality interior design firm. Here she gained extensive experience and a good base of knowledge in design for the hospitality industry. One of her most notable projects with the firm was the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel, which received the Hospitality Award in 2001. Prior to this, Mrs. Pearsall worked as a lead designer and as an assistant to senior designers on various projects, learning aspects of the design process from programming, schematic design, design development, and contract documentation, to tracking of furniture installations.
Mrs. Pearsall received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Eastern Michigan University.
