Jonathan C. Nehmer, AIA, ISHCMr. Nehmer is an expert in the development, design, and construction of hospitality projects. In 1989 he founded JN+A, a recognized industry leader in hospitality architecture and project management. Prior to founding JN+A, he held senior positions at several major corporations, including Ramada Hotels and the Marriott Corporation, where he worked on the feasibility, design, and construction of real estate development projects .
Mr. Nehmer has been responsible for the design and construction of major hotels throughout the world, has been a frequent speaker at industry events, and has authored numerous articles relating to hotel design and construction.
